Bekaa Kafra is located near the village of Bsharri across the Kadisha valley and is the birth town of Saint Charbel. Bekaa Kafra has an altitude ranging from 1,500 meters to 1,800 meters at its highest point, making it one of the highest villages in Lebanon.
